During this appointment, you will have the possibility to choose the accommodation that is best for you, its floor and its exposure.

Your Lease Rental

We asked for a copy of the lodger's Id ; for a check of the amount of rent as a security deposit that will be cash as we sign the lease rental and return within 2 months, after you hand back the keys ; for a check of 200 euros for processing fee ; and for a check that guaranty the rent that will not be cash.
