Simple, family run hotel with great management.

This place is terrific for budget travelers who are looking for a quirky, offbeat, but clean and safe lodging while staying in a very exciting French city.

Breakfast is the traditional French croissant, confitures, baguette, etc.

If you want a really warm experience in a big city, stay in this hotel.

Birmania

We booked a small studio...it was very small indeed, but all the appliances were functional and we could buy food from the local supermarkets. In the first day we had a problem with the sink, but the staff fixed it very quick. The towels were replaced every 2 days, someone cleaned the room. They offered us free beach umbrellas. :)

Roumania

The hotel is located just off Jean Medecin Avenue which is the main shopping street in Nice. Nice Ville train station was about a 10 minute walk. The hotel was located in an excellent location for site seeing, we managed to walk to Promenade de Anglais and castle hill. 
We stayed in a double studio, the room was a bit cramped, which I was expecting. However it was clean and had a fridge, microwave and two ring hob. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They looked after our luggage for free. The only downside was the wifi was rubbish.
